Greece,Serbia: Neochimiki buys 70% of RNB 11:44 - 16 February 2007Greek company Neochimiki has signed a contract on the acquisition of 70 percent of socially-owned capital of Belgrade-based oil refinery Rafinerija nafte Beograd (RNB). Serbian Privatisation Agency said that the contract is worth EUR 16,3 million, adding that Neochimiki also pledged to invest additional EUR 15 million in the company, Serbia & Montenegro Today reports.
RNB is the oldest and largest company for production of engine and industrial oils and other anticorrosive products in Serbia, which operated as an independent company, 100-percent owned by the Serbian government.
